The COVID 19 restrictions had been eased with the desired vaccination level being reached; for fully vaccinated, there is no limit to the number of people for outdoor gatherings or recreation, such as a picnic.  Also, Christmas is just around the corner!  These are definitely two great reasons to celebrate.
